* Allow defining Astro components in Vite plugins

* Adds a changeset

* Move non-main compilation into load

* Use the cachedCompilation in the markdown plugin

* Fix HMR test

* Simplify getNormalizedID

* Use a windows-friendly virtual module id for the test
