Create a astro/components/ folder (#63 )

This adds astro/components/ and moves the Prism.astro component into there. So to use in a project you can do:

```html
---
import Prism from 'astro/components/Prism.astro';
---

<Prism lang="html" code={`<html> ... </html>`}
```
