Add support for syntax highlighting with Shiki. Apply to your Markdoc config using the `extends` property:

```js
// markdoc.config.mjs
import { defineMarkdocConfig } from '@astrojs/markdoc/config';
import shiki from '@astrojs/markdoc/shiki';

export default defineMarkdocConfig({
  extends: [
    shiki({ /** Shiki config options */ }),
  ],
})
```
