chore(testcov): add compile target "cov" to run code-coverage locally
- need to run cmake with "-DTESTCOV=ON" and "-DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug"
- type "make/ninja cov"
- open "coverage/index.html" to check the code coverage
