fix(bin/linja): replace windows newline '\r\n' to unix newline '\n'
...
This should be handled by Python. However, when we use mingw-python
which acts like Unix Python with Native Windows Emacs, we have a problem
because mingw-python do not handle '\r'. This patch manually replace
'\r\n' with '\n' to solve the problem.

refactor(library): replace 'calc_trans', 'calc_symm', 'calc_refl' and 'calc_subst' commands with attributes '[symm]', '[refl]', '[trans]' and '[subst]'
...
These attributes are used by the calc command.
They will also be used by tactics such as 'reflexivity', 'symmetry' and
'transitivity'.
