We could not fix this problem before because we did not have the
[quasireducible] annotation.

Without this annotation, the fixed TC would loop in some HoTT files.

d69505a092 doc(emacs/README.md): add GNU package repository 
flycheck uses let-alist package which is in GNU repository. @awody reported a problem and I hope that this can help (I'll test it later).
